FRESHMEN REGISTRATION

Due to an overwhelming response, we have already hit our maximum capacity for freshmen for Hall of Residence 3 Freshmen Orientation Camp 2015.

However, you can still register yourself and we will be put you on the waiting list!!!!!

(No promises, though)

So register:

1. Fill up the (•ˇ‿ˇ•)-→ Online Registration Form
2. Wait for your friendly Group Leader to contact you.
3. Please print and fill up this Indemnity Form. Remember to get your parent's signature if you are under 21 years of age and bring it to registration on the first day of camp.
EVERYONE must submit the Indemnity Form.

*Please note that the Freshmen Registration Form and Indemnity Form are different from Seniors'. Click HERE if you are a senior!!!
