Please register below so that we can account for your meals and t-shirts. Also note that camp fees for seniors are $25 dollars per person which includes a FOC senior tee, meals and entrance to Finale Night.

2. Please print and fill up this Indemnity Form. Remember to get your parent's signature if you are below the age of 21 and bring it to registration on the first day of camp.
EVERYONE must submit the Indemnity Form.
3. Pack your yellow tees and get ready to welcome the freshmen into the Hall 3 Community!
*Please note that the Seniors' Registration Form and Indemnity Form are different from Freshmen's. Click HERE if you are a freshmen!
