1. 4-5 sets of Clothes (t-shirt, shorts, undergarments & socks; 1-2 dark colored t-shirts for ladies)
2. 1 t-shirt of colour according to your OG (ask your GL!)
3. Swimming Attire (strictly no Shorts or Bikinis) and Goggles
4. 2 sets of Disposable/ Old Clothes
5. 1 set of your best "Going Out" Clothes and Shoes (Smart casual, no shorts for guys PLEASE)
6. Small Overnight Bag (enough to fit a change of clothes and toiletries)
7. Disposable poncho
8. Sleeping bag
9. Toiletries & Bath Towel
10. Running/Sports Shoes
11. Personal Medication
12. Water Bottle
